Writing to Learn All Content
Writing shouldn't be something that is only happening in language arts
classrooms, but content area writing tends to cause teachers to break out in a
nervous sweat. This session will provide teachers (ELA and content area) with
strategies that will get students writing to learn, exploring content, and
manipulating vocabulary - all without the need for anxiety medication or heavy
